The conceptual design was developed with the aim of creating a pleasant park environment featuring a promenade, rest areas, children's playgrounds, and attractive planting. Its design language, together with the accompanying informational and educational elements, is centered on the theme of water, educating different groups of users in an engaging and enjoyable way.
The park's design concept is based on the shape of a circle, derived from the chemical formula of water (H₂O), specifically from the graphical representation of two hydrogen atoms (H) and one oxygen atom (O).
