The port redevelopment project includes the creation of a breakwater, the implementation of floating jetties, and a design that centres around the planned waterfront promenade.
The main goals are to enable the unhindered functioning of the harbour with all its necessary infrastructure, to ensure protection from the impact of waves during extreme weather conditions, and to design a multifunctional coastal promenade.
The vision for the area is for it to be neat-looking and picturesque, characterised by a simple and contemporary design, and consistent with the surrounding environment, resulting in an exceptional design that will give unique character and identity to the area.
